Having trouble getting your discount code to work at checkout? Don't worry, even the most seasoned fossil hunters encounter roadblocks. Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Are you logged into your Jurassicgoods Account? Discount codes may be linked to your excavation site (email address). If we sent you a code via email, ensure you're logged in with the same email.

Is your code still valid? Like fossilized artifacts, discount codes have expiry dates. Check the source of your code to confirm its validity.

Do you have sale items in your discovery basket (cart)? Discount codes generally don't apply during sales. Save your code for your next expedition! (promo code for new customers when you subscribe to our SMS/email lists are working on everything!)

Are you entering the code correctly? Codes may be case-sensitive. Double-check for UPPERCASE or lowercase letters.

Is that a '0' or an 'O'? It's a common paleontological puzzle! Verify that you're using the correct letters and numbers.
