These times are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee.

Destination Country

United States

The courier your order is shipped with will be selected by our warehouse based on the best option available, which are: UPS Standard, UPS Express, UPS SurePost (transferred to USPS or Pitney Bowes for Final Mile), OnTrac, AxelHire, or DHL.

Standard Delivery - FREE

Estimated delivery: 5-9 working days.

Shipping Hours

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays and during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Standard Delivery - FREE

Estimated delivery: 5-9 working days.

*Please allow 8-12 working days for orders shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Order Confirmation and Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for orders that are made after 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) begin the next business day after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified.

Gift Card Purchases

Please note that gift card purchases are delivered within minutes by email. If it is for a gift, you can decide the time we will send the email to the recipient so as not to spoil the surprise.

Delivery Problems

In the unlikely event that your order is not received within the stated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 7 days after the expected delivery date indicated in your tracking.
