How do I return my items?

How do I return my items?

Our return policies

Updated over a month ago

We understand. Sometimes, an item doesn't meet your expectations.

At Jurassicgoods, we understand that online shopping doesn't always result in finding the perfect item on the first try. If an item doesn't suit you, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

What items can I return?

Any item purchased from Jurassicgoods.com or through our app can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items are returnable, unless otherwise stated.

Give your returns a second life

At Jurassicgoods, we prioritize sustainability. Instead of discarding returns, we donate them to local charities.

Option 1: In-person donation

If you prefer, you can personally drop off your returned item at a clothing donation box or a charity of your choice. In this case, please send us a short video showing the item's deposit so we can process your refund.

Option 2: Return by mail

You can also return your items by mail. Once received, we will donate them to our charitable partners.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in reasonable condition, even without tags. Returns must be registered individually. Keep your proof of shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For purchases with gift cards, the refund will be applied to the gift card. Refund processing can take up to 5 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for sizes and colors, within 30 days, in the following countries: Canada and the United States.

Combining returns

For ecological reasons, you can return items from different orders in the same package, with a single return label.

We strongly recommend, for ecological reasons, that you donate your items to local charities.
